One of the hardest parts of starting your journey at Take Flight isn’t the first appointment… it’s deciding who to book with.
When there are lots of options, it’s easy to stall out and tell yourself,

So we created a warm, playful way to make that first step feel easier.
Guests will have 7-minute mini conversations with Take Flight therapists—just enough time to get a feel for personality and approach, ask a few questions, and leave with clarity about who might be a good fit.
No pressure. No commitment. (And it’s not a therapy session—just a meet-and-greet.) AND FREE!

Join Natalie for a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience that uses the healing vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, mantra, and rain stick to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. You’ll be gently guided through a meditation to help you open and receive the full benefits of sound.
Let waves of sound wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, balance, and inner stillness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.
