Want to take it up a notch and have it focused for your particular needs? Consider an individual sound healing session.
Join Natalie for a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience that uses the healing vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, mantra, and rain stick to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. You’ll be gently guided through a meditation to help you open and receive the full benefits of sound.
Let waves of sound wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, balance, and inner stillness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow or meditation cushion, journal and pen, and your favorite water bottle.
