Vibrations affect us at a cellular level and can make us feel many different things.
Take a moment and think about how it makes your body and mind feel when you hear a siren or standing on the corner listening to rush hour traffic all around you. What about being in a loud restaurant.
Now take a moment to think about how your body and mind feel when you hear your favorite song or band. Rain gentling falling on the roof, listening to the sounds of nature. Imagine being enveloped in the melodic vibration and sound of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, mantra, and a rain stick.
Relax and lay back as you are lead through a guided meditation to prepare the body and mind to receive the soothing sounds and vibrations. Let it wash over you and calm the body and mind. You leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and serene.
Please bring a Journal, Pen, Pillow or Meditation Cushion – Yoga mat and Your Favorite Water Bottle! We can’t wait to see you!
