We loved the Bernese puppies and now it looks like the poodle pups are a few weeks old! Poodles practicing supported yoga moves already!

Sound is powerful—it can uplift, soothe, or overwhelm us. Think of the tension you feel when surrounded by city noise or the peace that comes with your favorite music or the sound of rain.

Join Natalie for a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience that uses the healing vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, mantra, and rain stick to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. You’ll be gently guided through a meditation to help you open and receive the full benefits of sound.

Let waves of sound wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, balance, and inner stillness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.
